Tamron 28-300 XRDiLD + Ricoh TC-200M
Ricoh TC-200M is also a front-end 1.5X teleconverter that I use with my previous Panasonic FZ20. Tried this with the Tamron to get extra reach. With the Tamron 28-300mm XRDiLD alone, I can't reach the usual zoom range I need for my bird shots. I need to go nearer my subject which is impossible in some nature reserve/park. I was metering for the white egrets and thus most non-egret shots were heavily under exposed that it needs some PP.

Tamron 28-300 XRDiLD + Raynox DCR2020Pro
The Raynox 2020 Pro is a 2.2X front-end teleconverter I also use in my Panasonic FZ10/20. Looked like it works with the Tamron/XT combo. Half of the shots here taken with highest setting on the XT especially with regards to sharpness.
